We believe the journey towards self improvement through exercise should be a positive one, so we coach from a place of light heartedness and encouragement to help you get over the line every day. I find the body fascinating. I believe that our bodies are the most valuable asset we are blessed with and we should do all we can to take care of them. I love studying and finding out more about the body and how it reacts to food and exercise in particular. I then love sharing this info with my clients relish the chance to take complex topics and explain them in ways that anyone can relate to. My journey has allowed me to help people master nutrition, innovate the way they exercise, perform like they never thought possible and find a healthy relationship with exercise/learn to enjoy their training.
